LEMON PORK CHOPS

Ingredients:


4 whole Pork loin or rib chops -- about 3/4 Inch thick

1 teaspoon Salt

4 medium Thin onion slices

4 medium Thin lemon slices

4 tablespoons Packed brown sugar

4 tablespoons Ketchup
 

Preparation / Directions:


This is a favorite recipe in the Betty Crocker Dining Room and we like. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt. Place pork in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish. Top each with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes longer, spooning sauce onto pork occasionally, until done.
