Ingredients:


1/2 pound ground pork

1 pound ground round

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup water chestnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients, mix well shape into 1-inch balls arrange on a rack in a broiler pan bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes, until browned drain well serve with teriyaki sauce
