Barbecued Liver

Ingredients:


3 tablespoons all purpose flour

3/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon pepper

1 pound thinly sliced beef liver

1 tablespoons vegetable oil

1/3 Cup water

1/4 Cup catsup

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoons vinegar

1 Dash garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture, and brown in hot oil. Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over liver. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
