Ingredients:


1 medium lime -- juice of

1/4 teaspoon crushed whole coriander

1 clove garlic -- mashed

1/4 cup salad oil

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinate for 2 hours or more. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Enough for 10 lamb legs.
