Ingredients:


2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon rosemary

1 clove garlic

1 medium onion -- finely chopped

1/2 cup vinegar

1 cup olive oil

1 bunch fresh basil
 

Preparation / Directions:


Method: throw the whole mess in a blender and blend. Then pour over: 2 pounds lamb shoulder cut in 1 inch cubes (also good on pork)
