Salmon Marinade with Ginger

Ingredients:


1/4 cup soy sauce -- (reduced sodium)

1/4 cup white wine

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon ginger root - grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Pour marinade over salmon in a glass casserole dish and fridge it for 45 minutes. Smoke at 225 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
