Ingredients:
1/2 cup sherry |
1/4 cup salad oil |
1 medium onion -- grated |
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon dry mustard |
3/4 teaspoon dried herbs -- such as thyme, marjoram, rosemary, oregano |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- fresh ground |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |

Preparation / Directions:
Blend all ingredients well. Use as a marinade for beef, veal, lamb, or chicken. Use remaining marinade to baste during barbequing.
