Bear's Brisket Marinade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

2 tablespoons salt

12 ounces beer

1 tablespoon pepper

1/4 cup Blue Front BBQ sauce

1/4 cup key lime juice

1/2 tablespoon thyme

1/2 cup apple juice

1/4 cup Texas Pete
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blenda da pissa outa it. I made a small slit in the cryovac poured the marinade in and 100 mile an hour taped it shut. Capillary action distributed the marinade all around the brisket, this worked really well.
