Thai-Style Marinade

Ingredients:


1 medium peel of 1 lemon

1 medium peel of 1 orange

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon ginger root -- chopped

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro -- chopped

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

1 small bay leaf

2 tablespoons honey
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups FOR POULTRY, PORK, SEAFOOD
