Spicy Yogurt Marinade

Ingredients:


1/4 cup mint -- fresh, finely chopped

2 pieces ginger root -- minced (one inch cube)

2 cloves garlic -- minced or pressed

1/2 teaspoon garam marsala or curry powder

1/2 cup onion -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds -- ground

1/2 teaspoon cardamom -- ground

1 dash cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1 1/2 cups yogurt -- plain
 

Preparation / Directions:
