Sherry 'n Spice Marinade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup sherry

1/4 cup salad oil

1 medium onion -- grated

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon dry mustard

3/4 teaspoon dried herbs -- such as thyme,marjoram -- rosemary, oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper -- fresh ground

1/4 teaspoon allspice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all ingredients well. Use as a marinade for beef, veal, lamb, or chicken. Use remaining marinade to baste during barbequing.
