Ingredients:

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1/2 teaspoon salt

---sauce---

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon dry sherry

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/3 cup chicken broth or cold water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Marinade -- combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Sauce -- combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
