Ingredients:


---poultry -- pork, lamb, fish---

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup olive oil

1 small garlic clove -- minced

1 dash dried oregano -- crushed

1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel

1 teaspoon salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
