Hint Of Ginger Marinade

Ingredients:


3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup dry sherry

1 small carrot -- peeled, minced

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 tablespoon sweet red pepper -- minced

1 1/2 teaspoons ginger root -- minced

2 small scallions -- chopped

1 teaspoon lemon peel -- grated
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups Use on poultry, pork or fish.
