Ingredients:


2 clove garlic -- fresh, chopped

1 teaspoon ginger -- fresh grated

1 medium Onion -- halved and cut in s

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon rosemary
 

Preparation / Directions:


put in dish just big enough to hold the meat. Add a dry red wine until meat is 3/4 covered. Turn often.
