Fergy's Chuck Marinade

Ingredients:


2 cups olive oil

1 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup lemon juice

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons minced garlic

3 tablespoons pepper sauce

1 cup minced onion

1 teaspoon tarragon

1 teaspoon Lawery season salt

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon oregano

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons paprika

2 teaspoons celery salt

1 teaspoon msg

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco

2 tablespoons light Mexican chile powder

1 teaspoon Japanese horseradish

2 tablespoons black pepper

2 tablespoons ground mustard

2 tablespoons molasses

3 large pickled jalapenos diced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and marinate chuck roast for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
