Lemon Marinade

Ingredients:


1/2 cup olive oil

2 medium lemons -- juiced

1/4 cup dry white wine

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon sage

1 pieces bay leaf

1 teaspoon white pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk to emulsify.

2. Pour over Chicken, fish, beef, or pork. Let stand 15 - 30 minutes, then cook.
