Ingredients:


1 cup white wine

1 cup onion

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

6 pieces juniper berry

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon cayenne
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-96 hours use as a marinade for rabbit
