Ingredients:


4 large eggs

1/2 cup fat free half and half

1 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

1/2 Teaspoon hot sauce

1/2 Teaspoon salt, pepper to taste

1 spray Cooking spray
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in blender on high. Spray 9 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray; pour in egg mixture. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Variation: add 1 1/2 cup any fresh vegetable.
