Eggs en Brocette

Ingredients:


1 large egg

1/2 slice bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

1/2 slice thin Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons heavy cream, adjust to taste

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put bacon in bottom of single serving ramekin. Layer cheese on top. Add a spoonful of cream and break egg on top. Add another spoonful of cream. Bake at 350 F. about 6 minutes, or until just set. Makes one serving.
