Patti's Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:


4 ounces peanut butter

2 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons heavy cream

4 packages sweetener
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients until creamy. Make a double batch of Lynn's chocolate. Pour in to a small pan lined with cling wrap and put in fridge to cool and set. Once set, spread the peanut butter on top and make another double batch of lynn's chocolate to top it with. If you can find the little mini cupcake liners, you could roll the peanut butter into little balls and put one in each cup and pour the chocolate over it. Makes it like a buckeye or more in the shape of a Peanut butter
