Ingredients:

6 slices bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled
1 1/2 cups grated Swiss Cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
2 cups heavy cream
2 large eggs, well beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix bacon, cheeses, eggs and seasoning. Bake in 1 and 1/2 quart dish for 35-40 minutes until set. Makes 4 (very high calorie!) servings. This is probably best saved for once in a while.
