Rosemary-Scented Lamb Chops

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons pure olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 cloves garlic -- minced

8 chops lamb loin chops -- (1 inch thick each)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat broiler. Combine oil, rosemary and garlic in small bowl. Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Rub rosemary mixture over both sides of each chop. Broil chops 6 inches from broiler until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes per side for medium rare. Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Makes: 4 servings Chops make easy-to-cook, hearty meals. With steamed vegetables and buttered noodles, your dinner is complete.
