Ingredients:


2 pounds lean London broil (make sure you trim all the fat)

2/3 cups soy sauce

2/3 cups Worcestershire sauce

1/2 can Beer ( Molson Canadian preferred)

3 Ounces Liquid smoke ( Stubbs hickory preferred)

4 dashes Franks red hot sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Spanish paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Grind in some fresh cracked pepper

1 teaspoon Sprinkle in some dried oregano and you done!
 

Preparation / Directions:


* Use a wire whisk and mix marinade throughly. * Place London broil in the freezer for approx. 2 hours so it firms up nicely for slicing. * Slice the London broil across the grain in strips approx. 1/8 inch thick. ( the thinner the better ) * Immerse the sliced meat in the marinade and make sure it’s covered completely. ( a zip lock bag works well ) * Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. * After the marination process is complete drain the meat in a colander and pat dry using paper towels. *** Now your ready to go, grab your dehydrator or fire up your smoker or turn your oven on and set it for 140 degrees and don’t forget to leave the door ajar to aid in the drying process.....................
