Ingredients:


1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon oregano -- crushed

1 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef. Let marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Dry in oven overnight.
