Ingredients:


1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin -- ground

1 teaspoon garlic powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix the ingredients and rub onto thinly-sliced beef. Dry in oven overnight.
