Gelatin Fruit Parfait

Ingredients:


1/2 cup sliced fresh fruit

1/2 cup sugar-free gelatin

2 tablespoons whipped topping

1 dash nutmeg -- or cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Prepare sugar-free gelatin according to package directions. Alternate layers of fruit and gelatin in parfait glass. Garnish with whipped topping and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
