Green Tomato Raspberry Jam

Ingredients:


4 1/2 cups sugar

5 1/2 cups green tomatoes -- ground

6 ounces raspberry jello
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large kettle boil sugar and tomatoes at full rolling boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off heat. Add jello and stir thoroughly. Pour into sterilized jars while hot. Adjust lids and process in boiling water bath 10 minutes to ensure seal. Or use parafin.
