White Wine Pasta Sauce With Chicken

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup white wine

8 tablespoons flour -- sifted

2 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon fennel seed

1/4 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons onion -- finely chopped

1 tablespoon celery -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons mushrooms -- finely chopped

1 cup boneless skinless chicken breasts -- cut into 3/4 inch cubes
 

Preparation / Directions:


Brown chicken. Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite pasta will do. I made this up in class one day, and haven't had the time to play with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be gladly accepted
