Tomato Sauce With Herbs

Ingredients:


2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1/2 cup bell peppers -- chopped

2 cups tomatoes -- cored/halved/seeded

2 tablespoons basil

2 tablespoons parsley

2 teaspoons oregano

2 teaspoons marjoram

1 teaspoon rosemary
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a skillet, heat oil over moderate heat. Add garlic and peppers until tender. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, oregano, marjoram, and rosemary. Cook just until tomatoes' juices thicken, 7 to 10 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta
