Ingredients:


5 medium tangerines in wide pieces -- zest of

5 medium grapefruit in wide pieces -- zest of

5 medium lemons in wide pieces -- zest of

5 medium oranges in wide pieces -- zest of

10 cups sugar

10 cups water

3 bottles nandini grappa
 

Preparation / Directions:


Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear. Allow to cool. Arrange eight 1-quart bottles and place 1/2 of each zest in each bottle.
