Pasta With Tomato Mint Sauce

Ingredients:


16 ounces pasta -- rotini

1 clove garlic -- minced

1/3 cup oil -- olive

3 pounds tomatoes -- peeled, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup mint leaves -- fresh, chopped

1 teaspoon salt

1 package prepare pasta as directed on package -- drain.
 

Preparation / Directions:


Meanwhile, cook and stir garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Stir in tomatoes, mint and salt. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta.
