Ingredients:


2 cans white-meat tuna -- packed in water

1/4 cup malt vinegar

1 cup carrots -- grated

1/2 cup celery -- chopped

1/2 bunch green onion -- chopped

1/2 cup grapes

1/2 cup white raisin

1/2 cup green pepper -- diced

1/2 cup red pepper -- diced

1/2 cup oil and vinegar dressing
 

Preparation / Directions:


Drain two cans of white meat tuna pack in water. Put tuna in a medium-size bowl, then break it into bite size chunks. Add malt vinegar, grated carrots, chopped celery, chopped green onions, grapes, white raisins, the red and green diced pepper, and the oil and vinegar dressing.
