10 large manicotti -- cooked

15 ounces ricotta cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 large egg -- beaten

2 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon pepper

-----sauce-----

26 ounces spaghetti sauce

10 large manicotti -- cooked

15 ounces ricotta cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese -- shredded

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven to 375. Bake covered for 40 minutes; then 15 minutes uncovered.
