Italian-Style Oven Dinner

Ingredients:


1 medium red bell pepper -- sliced

1 medium green bell pepper -- sliced

1 can Italian peeled tomatoes -- drained and cut up

1 pound Italian sausage -- cut in 2 inch

2 cloves garlic cloves -- minced

3 pounds chicken -- cut up

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put pepper, tomatoes, and sausage chunks in a baking pan and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange chicken on top. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 15 minutes, until tender, basting frequently. Makes 6-8 servings.
