Italian Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds ricotta cheese

1 1/4 pounds ground beef

1 package frozen spinach -- chopped

6 medium bell pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1 large egg
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut peppers in half and clean out insides. Par boil for 5 minutes. Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients, except peppers, very thoroughly. Stuff pepper halves and brush tops with oil. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325 .
