5 pounds coarse ground pork butt |
1 1/3 tablespoons salt |
1 1/3 tablespoons ground coriander |
2 teaspoons cayanne pepper -- crushed |
1 tablespoon black pepper -- course ground |
5 cloves pressed garlic |
2 tablespoons paprika |
1 cup cold water |
