Ingredients:


1 1/2 pounds loaf: -- (1 lb loaf:)

2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast -- (1 1/2 t)

2 1/2 cups bread flour -- (1 2/3 c)

3/4 cup cracked wheat -- (1/2 c)

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar -- (1 T)

3 tablespoons wheat germ -- t)

3/4 teaspoon black pepper -- coarsely cracked,-- (1/2 t)

1 1/2 teaspoons salt -- (1 t)

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil -- (1 T)

1 1/2 cups water -- (3/4 c + 2 T)
