Hawaiian Macaroni

Ingredients:


1 bunch green onions -- sliced (with tops)

2 tablespoons oil

2 medium carrots -- peeled and shredded

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 can pineapple rings in juice

1 medium green pepper -- chopped

2 cups macaroni -- cooked and drained

1 tablespoon brown sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


In large skillet sauté‚onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots. Sauté‚for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce. Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
