Cabbage And Mushroom Pierogi Filling

Ingredients:


1 head cabbage -- shredded

1 can sauerkraut -- washed

2 cups mushroom -- chopped

1/4 cup dried mushrooms

1 large onion -- chopped fine

1/4 bunch dill -- chopped fine

1 dash salt

1 dash pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook cabbage for 15 minutes in boiling water. drain and cool. Saut? onion in butter and Salt Pork fat untill golden brown. add cabbage and saurkraut and dill and cook for 10 minutes.
