Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:


2 cups nonfat cottage cheese

3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons butter-flavored granules

1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk

1/2 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 dash ground red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Pour into a small saucepan; cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Makes 2 3/4 cups. * I used 2 Tbsp margarine instead since we don't have butter-flavored granules
