Alan Thicke's Noodles Alfredo

Ingredients:


1 pound pasta -- (your choice)

1/4 cup butter

2 cloves garlic -- minced

2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped

1 dash salt and pepper

1/2 cup half and half

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook pasta according to direction on package. Do not overcook! Drain well, but do not rinse. Meanwhile, in a medium-size skillet, sauté‚ garlic in butter. Add parsley, salt and pepper, half and half and Parmesan cheese. Stir over heat but do hot boil. Place pasta in heated bowl. Pour sauce over pasta and serve. (If desired, you can sprinkle on extra Parmesan cheese before serving).
