Shadow Stevens' Fettuccine with Shrimp and Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup olive oil -- extra-virgin

40 milliliters garlic -- mince

1 pound fettuccine -- cook

1/2 pound smoked sausage -- spicy

1 pound jumbo cooked shrimp -- peeled and deveined

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes -- oil-packed

3 cups marinara sauce

1 dash black pepper -- freshly ground

1 Cup Romano cheese -- pecorina,grated

1 jar olives -- black and green, for garnish
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large saucepan heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and brown for 1 minute. Add sausage to garlic and brown for 5 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until opaque. Add tomatoes, sauce and cooked pasta. Heat through. Add pepper and cheese.
