Indian Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:


1/2 cup plain yogurt

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons honey

1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala

3/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups bread flour

1 1/8 cups whole wheat flour

2 teaspoons yeast
 

Preparation / Directions:


As needed: add milk, or water 1-2 TBS at a time. Notes, I used no fat sour cream, as I donĂ­t tolerate yogurt at all. I needed around 4 TBS of water, and also had to help along the blade by moving around the dough, as it is very heavy. Tasted very very good with dark honey. Will try with Apple Butter
