Ingredients:
1/2 kilogram cauliflower cut into medium sized flowerettes |
3 large potatoes -- cubed |
3 medium tomatoes -- finely chopped |
1 medium Onion finely chopped |
1 pieces ginger |
1 teaspoon red chilli powder |
1 teaspoon haldi |
1 teaspoon garam masala |
1 teaspoon salt to taste |
2 tablespoons ghee |
1 medium sliced green chillies and chopped |
1 bunch coriander leaves |

Preparation / Directions:
Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown. Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste. Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done. Garnish and serve hot.
