Sherbat (Lemon Drink Cooler)

Ingredients:


1 cup sugar

1 cup ice -- crushed

4 cups water

2 medium lemons

2 tablespoons rose water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice. In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water. When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.
