Preparation / Directions:Heat oil, fry caraway seeds, garam masala, ginger and shallots Add lentils, turmeric and continue to fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until lentils are just cooked. Add seasoning and diced tomatoes.
