Preparation / Directions:Put oil in non stick frying pan and set over medium-high heat. When hot, put in onion and garlic. Stir-fry until onion turns brown ant edges. Add curry powder; mix. Add tuna; mix well. Turn heat to low and add green chili, ginger and coriander; mix. Check for seasoning; mix and turn off heat. Serve hot or cold. As a sandwich filling, puff pastry filling, pasta salad.
