Mango Pudding, Non-Dairy

Ingredients:


1 medium ripe mango

1 medium juice from one orange

1 medium juice from one lime

5 ounces soft or firm low-fat tofu -- (1% fat)

3 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Toss in a blender and puree. Pour into serving bowls and chill one hour.
