Sweet Tomato Pachadi (Seasoned And Sweet Pureed Tomatoes)

Ingredients:


8 medium tomatoes -- pureed

2 tablespoons jaggery

1 pinch salt

---FOR SEASONING---

2 tablespoons ghee

1 teaspoon black mustard seeds

2 medium red chiles -- broken
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil together tomato puree, jaggery and salt for about 10 minutes. Heat ghee and add mustard seeds and red chiles. When brown, pour over Tomato Pachadi and serve.
